Marriage Registration
The Special Marriage Act, After the objection period, both parties and three witnesses must visit the Marriage Registrar’s Office.

The Hindu Marriage Act, If the marriage has already been solemnized (e.g., through a religious ceremony), the couple can directly apply for registration.
Submit the required documents and affidavits. The Marriage Registrar will verify the documents and issue a Marriage Certificate.
